South Minneapolis Hardwood Floor Job
Yesterday, we sanded a floor in South Minneapolis that was pretty unique in that it was 3 ¼ inch red oak (most floors around Minneapolis are 1 ½ inches or 2 ¼ inches wide by ¾ inches thick). The floors were in pretty bad condition to start, as you can see from the photos below; however, the owners were getting ready to sell it and knew they needed to make an upgrade to give their home added equity. So they called us.
After a lot of hard work, once we got done sanding, that house looked brand new and the floors were just beautiful. We’re glad we got to help our clients out, and they are definitely going to see some nice return on their investment when their house hits the market.
This is the type of stuff we do every day – whether you have floors in South Minneapolis, Bloomington, or Richfield, and whether your floors are red oak, maple, or white oak, give us a call – we’re happy to get you an estimate to refinish them and make them look like new.
