Before Refinished Oak Hardwood Floors Minneapolis
Here are old oak hardwood floors in Minneapolis. This house was under construction and as you can see there is come construction debris covering the floor. However, there is also a lot of stains and scratches damaging the wood. Before we sanded the floors I was confident that we could remove most of the damage.

After Refinish Oak Hardwood Floors
Here is what they looked like after we sanded them. They look pretty nice. There were a couple of stains that I had to spot treat a few times. After we got them cleaned up though it turned out nice.

Before Refinish Maple Hardwood Floors
These floors are in the same house however they are maple instead of oak floors. A lot of time in houses built between 1900-1930 had maple and oak flooring in the house. These were in the bedrooms on the first level.

After Refinish Maple Hardwood Floors
So here you can see they cleaned up well. There is a slight water stain in the lower part of the picture. It is a little grayish and black. Unfortuntely we could not remove this one completely. But overall I think they are in a lot better condition. Thanks a lot.
