Minneapolis Floor Sanding

Minneapolis floor sanding has been a tradition in my family for over 25 years. As a kid I worked with my Dad, Bruce Johansson founder of Sandman Floors based out of Chanhassen. I worked with him in the summers during high school and college and learned the basics of hardwood floor mechanics. After I graduated from the University of Minnesota with Bachelor of Science degree in Business, History and Political Science I started working with my Dad again refinishing floors. While working with my Dad I learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and the importance of building a strong reputation. After gaining the skills I thought were necessary to go on my own, I started my own hardwood flooring company, Arne’s Floor Sanding LLC in 2007. Since then, Arne’s Floor Sanding LLC has help hundreds of homeowners add lasting beauty and value to their Minneapolis/St Paul homes. We have had solid growth and have built a strong client and referral customer base. We are always focused on helping our customers and try to provide excellence service on every job. We specialize in Minneapolis floor sanding, refinishing, repairing, and installing hardwood floors. Most of our customers and clients are in Minneapolis and St Paul. However, we also service the metro suburbs such as Richfield, Edina, Bloomington, Hopkins, Golden Valley, and Brooklyn Park. We work with homeowners, investors, and contractors. 2. My wife and I have a home/house in Stanchfield that has oak 3″ plank flooring. The room sizes are 115″X132″ 114″X135.5″ 88″X137″ and 135″X135″ We would like a quote on finishing and sealing. The floors are about 120 years old. The house is a project of the heart.

Thank you. If you cannot do this, or it is out of your territory can you recommend someone.
