Oak Floors Hardwood Floor Refinishing Burbank
By Arne Johannson on Jan 1, 2012 in Uncategorized
We got another good picture of hardwood floors we sanded a couple years ago. I really like this picture because of the wide angel. I remember when this living room was really nasty. We actually remodeled the whole house. We installed hardwood floors, enameled the trim, changed out the door knobs and hinges and painted the walls. The whole place is really nice for a rental unit. Most of the houses in the area have oak hardwood floors. I just checked out two house today that had two and a quart inch maple and the other had two and a quarter in red oak. Typically, we use an oil base satin finish, but down here in California they have restricts on the VOC levels so mostly you have to use water base finishes. Now water bases finishes have increased in quality the last few years and you can get some that look just like oil base. They are about twice as expense as oil base so it costs a little more to use water, but that is just the way it is. We do hardwood floor refinishing in Burbank Lost Angeles. Give us a call today!!
