I remember refinishing these oak hardwood floors in Los Angeles because they had that gas fireplace on the wall.  You don’t see that too often.  But as you can see they cleaned up pretty well. I went and looked at a house yesterday that was built in 1939.  It had oak floors like these, but they hadn’t been refinished in a while.  They were dirty and kinda blackish.  We can sand all that up and make them look good again.  Mostly its just the top 1/16 of an inch that is in bad shape.  Unless there is water damage or urine stains.  But even with that you can stain the floor a darker color or spot sand the area.  I just love sanding floors that we can make look beautiful.  It totally transforms the house.  We do Hardwood floor refinishing in North Hollywood so give us a call today!
