Floor Sanding Studio City Los Angeles

Urine Stain on Red Oak Hardwood Floors
I remember doing this job. It was a 1920s duplex. The upper level was three bedrooms, a hallway and two big living rooms. It was a pretty big duplex. The owner just bought the house and was remodeling it. The floors were in pretty good shape, but they just needed to be sanded and coated. There was one room though that had a bad urine stain right in the middle of the floor. Urine usually stains the floor black and will look something like it does in the picture. The typical hardwood floor is about 3/4 of a inch thick, but we are only going to take off a little more then a 1/16 of an inch so if the stain has gone deeper than that amount then we usually can’t eliminate it completely. I think I spot sanded this stain after we sanded the whole floor and I was able to shrink it up so it didn’t look as bad. We do floor sanding in Studio City Los Angeles so give us a call if you need any estimate.
