Hardwood Floor Refinishing and Sanding

Brazilian cherry!!!  These floors were very popular a few years ago.  I am sure they still are.  Although I don’t see them as much I did back then.  We did these floors a few months ago.  The home owner actually installed them himself.

What a cold and cloudy day today.  First in a while.  Usually it is beautiful everyday in North Hollywood.  At least lately.  We sanded these floors a couple years ago.  They were two and a quarter inch maple hardwood floors. Incoming search terms:arne johansson minneapolis

We sanded these floors a couple years ago.  The home was built in 1925.  I was a two story duplex and we were refinishing the floors on the second level.  The owners just recently purchased the home. Incoming search terms:maple floor 1925

I am sorry, but who is the painter on this job?  I mean, who does this?  A lot of painters and general contractors think that it doesn’t matter if they get paint on the hardwood floors before they get sanded. Incoming search terms:refinishing wood floors

We got another good picture of hardwood floors we sanded a couple years ago.  I really like this picture because of the wide angel.  I remember when this living room was really nasty.  We actually remodeled the whole house.
