You can see these floors are pretty beat up. The finish has worn completely off and the wood has be damaged from wear and tear. This is common in houses this old. I think this home was built around 1920.

We sanded these hardwood floors in Southeast Minneapolis. The house was built in the 1920s. The floor is 2 1/4 inch maple hardwood flooring. We used a natural oil base finish on these floors.

Today we sanded a tough floor. It was in North Minneapolis off of Morgan Ave N. It was a two story. We sanded the upper level yesterday and we started sanding the lower level today.
