Buff and Coat Wood Floors MN

We buff and coated these floors on Friday. We actually refinished them a few years ago. There are in a fourplex in Brooklyn Center. I have a few customers that own a lot of rental properties and often between tenets we go in and do a buff and coat on the floors to keep them protected. The good thing about buff and coats are they are a lot cheaper then a complete refinish and you only have to be off the floors for one day instead of two or three. I recommend doing a buff and coat between each tenet. So if you own rental properties and have tenets that usually move out of your units every year then just get one done yearly. Most buff and coats are only $125-$300 for a whole level, but can really add a lot of life back into the floors. If they are in good shape the floors can look almost brand new again.
