These are maple floors in a South Minneapolis home. The owner was flipping the property and the floors were in rough shape. As you can see the floor machine does a pretty good job removing the existing finish and cutting down to bare wood.  This job was about 450 square feet and took us three days to finish.  On maple we always water pop before we put the finish coats down so that adds an extra day.  On oak floors we usually don’t need to so a job the same as this would take 2 days.  If you have any floor sanding needs in Minneapolis or St Paul give us a call.  We work in Edina, Chanhassen, and Minnetonka too.  Thanks a lot.
