Minneapolis floor sanding has been a tradition in my family for over 25 years. As a kid I worked with my Dad, Bruce Johansson founder of Sandman Floors based out of Chanhassen. I worked with him in the summers during high school and college and learned the basics of hardwood floor mechanics. Read the rest

We got another good picture of hardwood floors we sanded a couple years ago. I really like this picture because of the wide angel. I remember when this living room was really nasty. We actually remodeled the whole house. Read the rest

We installed and refinished these Glendale floors three years ago. They had douglas fur in the kitchen. But they just didn’t look that good. So we went right over them with 1.5 inch red oak. This house is a rental property and for the most part the renters have kept good care of it. Read the rest

Oak Hardwood Floors Duplex Glendale
We did this duplex a few weeks ago. Its oak floors like usual. I love sanding oak. As long as I got enough floor to sand, there are not a bunch of urine stains or water damage and the floors aren’t too unlevel, then they will look beautiful when we are done. This was a duplex the owner was renting out. Read the rest
